About the role

At Oaktech we believe in building digital products that transform businesses. We are looking for a Software Developer specialized in Integrations to design and maintain integrations between systems, platforms and services, ensuring operational synergy, efficient data flow and optimized performance.

You will work side by side with our ecosystem of intelligent agents and AI solutions, collaborating with other technical and business teams on projects that directly impact our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration strategies across different systems, databases and platforms;
  • Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful and others), ensuring connectivity and secure data traffic;
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy;
  • Diagnose and solve integration issues, focused on performance and reliability;
  • Configure and operate middleware and integration platforms (iPaaS) when needed;
  • Collaborate with engineering, product and external partners to align requirements and propose effective technical solutions.

Requirements

Must have

  • Proven experience developing system integrations (backend/API);
  • Proficiency in languages such as Java and JavaScript;
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication and integration patterns;
  • Experience with data transformation and formats such as XML, JSON, CSV;
  • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) practices;
  • Understanding of microservice-based architectures, message queues and enterprise service buses (ESB);
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP or Azure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Boomi, Mulesoft or similar;
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies;
  • Interest in applied AI, intelligent automations and innovative digital products.
